Run/Intervals

Today, after a long break and even though I had clogged sinuses, I ran.

I planned on running a 2.5 mile course behind the palace but realized one of the roads was blocked. I had run for 10 minutes, so I decided to do intervals for the next 15. I spent the next 15 minutes doing sets of sprints for 30 seconds and walking for 60 seconds.
